Argan Enlightenment Illuminizer - Do not mix this product with sunscreen. You will get a horrible sunburn on your face. I got a second degree burn despite using SPF 70 sunscreen and only being in the sun 1.5 hours. This company needs to warn consumers that this should not be used if sun exposure is going to happen. Do not believe the reviews on their website. They delete negative reviews even if they are only meant to warn other consumers. Do not buy from these people. You will regret it. The horrible customer service they have is appalling.

By far the worse customer service. Had a girl name RIKA K. answer my call and was extremely rude. Not sure how she got her job but she was very rude and hung up the phone and stopped picking up. I just had questions about the product and she was. Eric rude.

Absolute WORST customer service!!!! Purchase a bottle of Argan Oil Light (luxury size) and there are chunks floating in it. Contacted customer service sent them lot/batch number as they requested as they stated they would send me a replacement. It has been over a week and have not received any product. I keep getting automated texts sent to my phone asking me for my shipping address when I have already provided my shipping address. I contacted, again, customer service and they state that they see the information in the system but they do not know what the status is. I am sorry but normally when you contact customer service there is (like with any reputable company) a protocol/a process that is followed to ensure an outcome for the customer. NOT this company. I got transferred, once again, to corporate headquarters, and to a voice mail. The gentle on the voice mail does NOT even state his name; it just says to leave a message. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and poor outfit you have running there JM. I am also contact BBB.
