Great work, but can't get them on the phone! I don't want to drive across town and find my order isn't ready for pickup. P.S. The order was ready and beautifully executed as usual. Next time, I'll ask them to mail it to me.

what a great experience I had at Printex! had to print an enormous amount of pages for my visa process, so I got quotes from a few different places and Printex matched all prices. I spoke to Fred on Friday and he made sure to leave a note for his partner, Mo, as I was coming the following day. when I arrived, Mo was there and he knew exactly who I was and confirmed the price I was given. he got my flash drive and opened all files to make sure everything was good to go before I left and told me I could pick up in about an hour. when I came back, we went through all files, he showed that he couldn't print a couple pages and showed me the problem, reprinted a few that needed to be reprinted, and separated all files so they didn't get mixed up. and what a pleasant person he was! we ended up having such a nice conversation while doing this, he was sweet, helpful, and went to great lengths so my needs were met! they definitely got me as a customer and I'll be sure to come back and make business with them! definitely recommend this place!
