Im going through the same thing i was under the impressing i was calling regarding a rental and turned out to be listings...They took my 230 and the very next day things didn't add up and were very fishy i requested my full refund...Its BS they make a living scamming and stealing from people. ..They took from my children because thats whom im in search of a home for...

I almost there today to look at a listing in Sylmar. I called to speak to the woman Selena who was to show me the house today. Instead she told me I had to go to her office pay 230$ to see if I qualify and my paystubs. Red flags went up when she explained the process and that I wasn't going to see the house until I paid. Don't don't do it it's a scam!!!!! Be smart!!!! Thanks for the reviews they helped me make sure I didn't get wrapped up in a scam

Had a room remodeled great job, I was a little frustrated at first didn't know what to expect. When they got it done my new bedroom looked Beautiful. Just one thing they are not on Beverly anymore???
