Lived here for over a year! The staff at this apartment may actually be a bit stupid! I ordered takeout, although the name is not the same, but the phone number is the same! The apartment number is also the same! They actually asked the courier to come in first, take photos, and then let people take the things away. The courier guy put the things at the gate! ! ! main entrance! As a result, my takeaway was lost and only a box of water was left! If everyone is required to order takeout with the same name only if they are staying at the hotel, then my friends cant order takeout even if they come over? Do you need to change your name? What kind of weird rule is this? Life Express is designed to serve people conveniently. This property really makes me feel very unhappy and angry! The garbage chute in the apartments here breaks down all the time, and you have to go to the first floor to throw garbage! The water is also cold! Repairs are needed at every turn and a lot of troubles

Building itself is incredible, management and everyone employed here is terrible. The leasing team owns units which is a huge conflict of interest, and they then write fake reviews here. They are some of the most unprofessional licensed real estate agents I have encountered.

They dont respond.. Im not sure what the problem with this building.. but their honest communication is awful !! You can call and leave messages , with zero communication. my broker been trying to communicate with them also for over a week.. Nothing.. They respond to some of the 1 Star google reviews, with the same answers.. send us an email .. But they will Not respond!!
