Our office used Support Bay for  repairs of printers and laptops.  When our records were hacked by a Malware Ned negotiated with the hacker and was able to reduce the ransom we paid.  He was able to retrieve most  of the data that we lost because of the hack.  He saved us thousands of dollars in the process.  Highly recommend him for cyber security besides repairs.

Support Bay is my go to place for computer and printer repair!! My office has used them on several occasions to fix problems we've had and they are amazing. They work in a timely manner, they are very reasonably priced, and the customer service is second to none. I would absolutely recommend them!!

I had my laptop for repair.  The screen was broken.  I shopped around for the best price and Support Bay had the best price in town.  They were able to replace the screen right away.  I picked up my laptop the same day.  I appreciate their work and honesty.  I highly recommend Support Bay for all your computer and repair services.  They do the best work the first time at very reasonable prices.

Ned worked on my officejet 8500. He had it for over two weeks. I spent $170 all in ($110 to Ned and $60 for two ink cartridges) on a printer that he claimed he could repair for $85.  Finally, after several weeks of back and forth, dropping cartridges, doing this and that, he gives the printer back and i pay him. Literally that FIRST PRINT resulted in the same problem (color streaks) that I had when I dropped it off. Ned did not offer to refund my money. He showed me how to "reset" the printer, which of course you can google and get in two seconds. It's unfortunate that the guy weighs $110 more than a good reputation. He was basically dead air on the other end of the phone. Resigned, i thanked him and hung up. Don't bring your printer here for repairs. You will regret it. Save yourself money, time, etc and buy a new one.P.S Holy shit! Ned, you gave yourself an amazing review. Congrats on the good work you gave yourself in one's own self-review of oneself.Maybe it's a different Ned?
