        This organization is DISCRIMINATING AGAINST African American clients that fit the criteria for services...I can't get past the male receptionist Jose... every time I call or go down there he either says there's no appointment available...or schedule me an appointment then when I call to confirm that appointment he Jose has given me...he charges it.. I WONDER HOW MANY AFRICAN AMERICANS HAS THIS ORGANIZATION HELPED THEY ARE FUNDED BY GOVERNMENT FUNDS THATZZA MEANT FOR A SPECIAL CLASS OF PEOPLE THAT QUALIFY..YET THEY'VE SERVED ON HISPANICS... THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED...I AM FINDING OUT HOW THAT CAN BE DONE...

        false form of resource. Depicted itself as an organized form of housing stability and support then ultimately disturbed my peace and left me abandoned. Kicked a houseless artist out on the street in the middle of a storm for no reason. Threatened me with police and lied in my face causing me unecessary confusion, depression, anxiety, overall manipulation, and power abuse.
