When I originally registered with this online school it was under a different name and within 3 or 4 months it changed which means the whole system changed. The test exams changed and became virtually impossible to pass. The courses have repeated information and unnecessarily extremely long pages. I was assigned a third course I didn't even chose when I registered in the beginning. You never hear from the instructor unless you have a question. Nothing about the major components of the course material is covered in the exam that you study for. And things are added that's not in the course material during the exam. What a waste of time and money. They set you up for failure just so they can charge you extra money. I passed both courses in Practices and Principles and now have to take my final class before the end of the year or lose my certification in Practices because the state of California implemented a newer version out of no where that's basically saying screw you. What a scam! I'm only giving 3 stars because of the good customer service.
