Menotti's Coffee Stop

Had a similar experience to Ben from 7 months ago where a worker freaked out on me. Id bet its the same worker, although when I was a regular there were a few workers and all were rude, you know the type that make you feel like theyre doing you a favor. We used to go a few times a week on our morning walks and thought the coffee was good but our experiences were so unpleasant. I eventually stopped going because one of the workers yelled at me to stay in line - they have this weird system where you order and then they want you to stand there for 5min while they make your coffee. Im not sure why they dont do what every other coffee shop does and have you pay when you order. Its a pretty interesting social experiment to see all the confused customers stand by the register aimlessly. I would always just grab some water and sit down nearby the register until they were ready to charge me - god forbid, one day the barista gave me a public lecture that I was having none of and sent it right back. And that folks, is how you lose your frequent customers, the lifeblood of a local coffee shop, and eventually go out of business.
