        Poor customer service and poor barista experience. They do not understand how to make their signature menu right. The guy with a beard tried to tell me that Philted sould cold brew is jus plain water down black coffee. Then told his coworker to pour at of honey in instead of making right. Out of 11 locations that Ive been to over 7 years, the worst service and taste. As a fan of this brand, what happened today disappointed me. The baristas
