Place starts to stink real bad, like melting plastic. I look around confused. Nobody seems to notice. I let it go. Cant be a problem. Lady behind the counter goes, somethings burning. Like super nonchalant. Still nobody cares. Starts to get even worse. Lady who said, somethings burning, has already forgotten about it. Seemed to be the theme of this place. 10 workers buzzing around back there, none of them really trying to figure out whats going on or too busy with other things to care. My order takes another 16 minutes to come out. Two coffees. I can still smell the burnt plastic. Coffees decent though.

I just wish someone from the team would step up and figure out why I cannot order on the APP, I never get any points because the manager will not investigate why there app wont work, its been 5 months and I cannot order through the app. I mentioned it to Them and they say we dont have any control over the app you will have to order in person well Im at home with a fractured back with no vehicle, I need to order on the app I cant come in person Its so frustrating
