        The Verve coffee is great and the staff is so nice. The discount with a CapitalOne card makes it a better option than many other cafes nearby.

        The service here is terrible. There's no one waiting to order. The two girls almost seem irritated that they had to stop talking to each other to take my order. I go back to the counter to order something else and the one girl is standing less than 3ft away and refuses to acknowledge me until I say, "Excuse me". Hopefully, someone from Capital One monitors this and revamps the staff at this location.
