No surprise why G Star Raw went bankrupt

Attention Stealing From Customers February 1st, 2023 at 5 pm I made a return to store. It looks like the the employee, who processed my return, did it incorrectly and my return is not in the system. Or I can assume she just stole the item I was returning. I have been devoted G-star customer for many years, but this happened to me for the first time. I called the store, they recommended contacting customer support. I already contacted the g-star support team multiple times. Today is March 14th but I still haven't received my money back. The return was processed by a young woman, a brunette, she is medium height, wears a baseball cap and glasses. She did not print out the return information to me, she told that the printer doesnt work, but promised that the return information would come to my email. Since I had a positive experience in this store, I believed her. But I have not received any confirmation of the return to my email. This situation is unacceptable and should not happen to anyone.
