        I feel strongly that walk-ins should have priority over phone calls. I took the effort to walk into the physical store and should not have to wait while the customer service people talk to people on the phone. PUT THEM ON HOLD AND DEAL WITH THE PEOPLE WHO ARE STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU.
