Dr. Sands is one of the best chiropractors I know in LA. Not only does he do adjustments for you but he works the muscles with myofascial release beforehand which really makes a difference for me who is naturally tensed. He uses a few other tools that his had under his belt as well. Walking out better than you went in. Consistency is key to your healing journey and Ive been seeing him for years and Im in less pain because of him.

Started seeing Adam in 2022 and never looked back. Ive seen numerous chiropractors and Adam stands out. Not only is he the best chiropractor Ive visited, his knowledge of health and fitness has helped me elevate my performance and avoid further injury. Hes dedicated to getting you better and he shows you every appointment. I wouldnt see anyone else!

I was experiencing severe back pain and I had to stop training Muay Thai. Even after multiple adjustments executed by another practitioner, my condition wasn't improving. After about 2 weeks with Adam I was able to start training again and my situation is improving week after week. Highly recommended!!!

My experience at Sands Chiropractic was amazing! Adam is a very caring and professional Chiropractor. He pinpoints the area that requires attention for my healing process. Since I've been going to Sands Chiropractic, my Planter Fasciitis has almost healed and I'm feeling like 80% from this dreaded condition. I highly recommend Sands Chiropractic.

I was searching around for a chiropractor after being diagnosed with severe lower back issues. I was frustrated with the responses I was getting from many offices I called. Dr Sands office explained everything thoroughly, and he even managed to squeeze me in for my first appointment on a Sunday before he left for vacation, just so I was more comfortable. That care has continued, and he knows all things about the body, and his treatments are amazing! I am very active , and if you want someone who knows the intricacies of the body, hes your guy!
