Dr. Heather at Nurture Family Chiropractic is amazing and so talented! I started going to her while I was in my 3rd trimester of my first pregnancy. She was able to make adjustments to keep me feeling balanced and mobile. She gave me a lot of confidence in preparation for labor as she said keeping the hips in good alignment would make for an easier birthing experienceand it really did! Im happy to say I had an amazing time delivering my son. Now we take him to see Dr. Heather too! After his last visit with her where she addressed tightness in his neck (he has been favoring one side probably due to position in vitro) he slept completely through the night for the first time! Im so glad we have Dr. Heather as a friend and resource and hope more families find her care.

Dr. Valinsky is the best! My twins have done treatment with her when they were three months old. I highly recommend treating for colic babies and for babies with constipation.

Dr. Heather Valinsky has been absolutely amazing! My son has been seeing her since he was a few weeks old and still goes after reaching big milestones and is almost 7 months old. I truly believe it's because of her why he has excelled. Whenever he has stiffness we come and he goes home a different baby. He is always relaxed with her and enjoys his time. She has helped him when he preferred to rotate his head to one side and now he is starting to crawl and has some stiffness which she is currently helping with. I highly recommended bringing your little one here, even if it's just for a consultation! Never hurts to get a head of issues that can arise.

Chiropractic care for my newborn has been a life savor. I came to Dr. Valinsky when my son was about 3 weeks old because he was having trouble latching due to stiffness and also was colicky with bad gas. After just a couple of sessions he has become a whole new baby. He is now 8 weeks old and is latching perfectly and his temperament has really improved. Dr. Valinsky is a professional, clearly is a master at her craft, and is so caring. Highly, highly recommend.
