Nice place, good doctor that Listens to you and has a great friendly receptionist, and make you feel at home

So, I called this clinic to make an appointment to get alignment for my spine. The guy who answered asked, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" So i was like, "Hello, i'm calling to make an appointment for today" And then he said, "WHO'S THIS? So i said my name, and he said "What kind of appointment?" So i was surprised that a chiropractor clinic does not know what i want when i called his clinic. He was sooooo RUUUDE!!! He then asked me another questions, it's actually more like interrogation to me, making me feel uncomfortable, i think he said something to the effect what do i want, why am i calling? He was completely oblivious about the whole conversation. He was totally rude, have no telephone manners, and have no idea why a client would want to call him. Maybe he's not a Chiroprator as stated on my google search. But i verified with him if i had called the right place, he said yes, That place is the Western Pain Clinic. But it seems like he does not know what they do there.

The doctor is a friendly guy. The clinic is super clean. I got treated for low back pain because of a car accident and the simple electric massage therapy really did help a lot.

I can say nothing but good things about Western Pain Clinic. The Doctor is Calm and listens to you. I find that very important in the process of healing. The receptionist always warm and friendly and the parking is pretty good also. Its also very clean and after my appointments, There are some really good food places in the complex that it is located in. I usally was scheduled late afternoon so grabbing dinner after my appointment was an added bonus!
