Went in to start a new line with Boost with an unlocked telephone and was told that my phone wasn't compatible. Went to another boost and asked the same question and she did it within 10min.
My conclusion is that either they didn't know how to do it or they didn't want to. If I wouldn't of asked at another store I would've changed carriers all because of some miss Information. Bad experience here but good at another .

Went in to ask a question and the person who helped me had the worst customer service . Theyâ€™ll make you feel like youâ€™re dumb so I suggest to go somewhere else !! No music , canâ€™t even get greeted WACK!
