Same Day Caskets

An emergency had come up and my family and I had to purchase a last minute casket. I was provided with excellent customer service. They managed to have it delivered the same day even with such a short notice. The casket was very beautiful and inexpensive. 10/10

I was in a panicked, anxious ridden frame of mind as I try to plan a funeral for my dear mother from a different state ( west to east coast). Initially, I knew this company as LACC. Later, I'd find out they go by several names. This naturally made me reluctant to purchase a casket online. So I tried to find their physical store from the the address on the website they provided but it was not their actual shop address. To make matters worst the funeral home is informing me I need this casket the following day. Immediately, I contacted this company and spoke to a man named SCOTT. On the other end of that phone call was a caring and reassuring tone. I explained the situation to him and as a first time customer made certain this company was legitimate before I paid for the item. Scott, patiently provided any information I asked of him. He quickly set everything up so that he would have someone deliver THE NEXT DAY. Who does that?! This company does! Scott reassured me and delivered on his word. Let me tell you, the casket arrived the following day and oh how beautiful it was. I thank Scott for his amazing service and later realized that Scott is the owner! He is hands on and ensures his clients are taken care of. He works hard to make this happen. He makes you feel valuable as a customer because he understands how this is a difficult time for you and all he wants to do is help lessen that burden and make it a stress free process as possible. Scott's business is commendable! His service exceptional. Affordable, great quality caskets. Prompt service! Amazing owner! Thank you Scott; I'm beyond grateful for your time and service!

Omg when a friend recommended this company I don't think I have ever ever been in such a bad state of mind!  I had purchased a casket from another company and was quoted one price and billed double that price according to my bank account notifications.  And after dealing with all of  that on the very last day of the delivery dates they had quoted me!  I got a call informing me that of course they needed a extra day to deliver but also the carrier service had informed him that according to my invoice that was not the casket I ordered, paid for or was expecting!   I had just lost my son and my heart and now I thought I was going to lose my mind!So totally exhausted and emotionally I reached out to a family member crying my eyes out  and she gave me a phone number to EXPRESS CASKETS, and a name (SCOTT).   So I called Scott at the number and honest to God I explained my dilemma to him and "seriously" within less than 30 minutes he had confirmed stock, delivery and a price that made my mouth fly open!  Which was not even a third of what that other company had "sold me"!   And Scott told me Ms. Taylor we are here for you and we gotcha your sons casket will be at the Funeral Home tomorrow between 1:00 & 2:00 and they billed me for the exact amount he had verbally quoted me!This was the most stressful and emotional time of my life and I was a wreck but EXPRESS CASKET I will tell the world you are AMAZING !

They were half the price of the mortuary for the same wooden veneer casket. There was a problem with the first one (signed off as in perfect condition by the mortuary but then apparently damaged there) but Same Day Caskets replaced this immediately with no fuss. I hope I won't have to use them soon but I will when the times comes again.

The Casket we purchased from same day Casket was beautiful and very well priced. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a Casket for their loved ones.
