11/10 experience with Lexy! Wow! Its been my dream to be a Galia bride for as long and I can remember so coming into the store I had very very high expectations. My entire experience in Galia was so magical and fun thanks to Lexy. Lexy was so knowledgeable and was a bigger help than any other bridal stylist Ive encountered so far on my journey to finding the one. After trying in a handful of dresses, I found the ONE! It really makes sense why Galia is the most popular bridal dress brand, her dresses truly are set apart from anything Ive seen. Couldnt recommend more! Ask for Lexy, shes such a pleasure to work with.

Just because I didnt see reviews about this particular subject. If I did I wouldve thought twice about sending an inquiry and giving my credit card information. They do NOT service certain plus size clientele. There largest size in store is US 13/14. I am just really disappointed because their dresses are beautiful. But in 2023 to not have any INCLUSIVITY for more plus size brides is just unfortunate. Even Kleinfeld holds sizes up to US 30. Just unfortunate. So keep that in mind when looking for dresses ladies.

This past Friday I married to the love of my life in the wedding dress of my dreams, all thanks to Galia Lahav. I had a screenshot of the Fabiana gown in my phone for over a year when I made my appointment to try on wedding dresses. I did make an appointment at one other dress store before heading over to Galia, but no luck. When I arrived at the flagship store in LA I was first greeted by Desiree, who was extremely helpful and patient, especially when it came to the opinions of my family. I showed her the screenshot of the Fabiana dress and she directed me to the dressing room. At first, I wasnt entirely certain about Fabiana and tried on a few other dresses. At the very end I decided I would try her on one more time, and thats when I knew she was the one. At my first dress fitting I met Pat, whom I immediately loved. She turned the dress of my dreams into the dress of my reality. She eased my nerves and assured me that the dress fitting process was indeed a process, and while the dress was made with my measurements, there was still work at hand to make it fit perfectly. She also designed my wedding cape/shawl, which I wore to the church ceremony over my gown. By the second fitting, she had made all changes that we spoke about, which included changing/adding material to the dress neckline, hemming the bottom, and adding a bustle. If you choose Galia Lahav, please be aware that there may be risks such as no after-sales service and fraud!!! Galia Lahav played with my expectations, seriously affecting my mindset for preparing for the wedding, and making me worry about other aspects of the wedding, afraid that it would not proceed smoothly... In early March this year, I purchased two wedding dress samples and modification/cleaning services at the flagship store in Shanghai. The salesperson also promised to let me choose a veil for free. After the purchase, the dresses were stored in the store for modification. However, more than a month has passed and my dress has not been modified!!! I was also told that the Shanghai store was closed and the person in charge disappeared... Now I have to look for other tailors to do the modification at the last minute, and because there is no fabric, I have to shorten the dress by 30-40cm!!! I also can't get the veil I like, so I have to buy a new one!!! Even the dress that was supposed to be mine was forced to wait outside the store for more than 6 hours before I was able to get it!!! During this process, the brand's responsible person only evades responsibility and has never actively contacted any customers to handle the issue. Even after agreeing on a negotiation time with the brides, they repeatedly broke their promises and have yet to meet with us face to face, showing extremely little respect for customers. What's even more outrageous is that the responsible person keeps lying to customers, confusing the truth and accusing the brides of being unreasonable! I'm really disappointed with Galia Lahav after this incident. They wasted too much of my time and even made me less excited about the wedding.

This is a so-called "haute couture brand" with no service! In March 2023, we saw an advertisement from Galia Lahav on social media about an upcoming sample sale. So I made an appointment with a sales representative and went to the store to try on some clothes. I quickly found a Spring/Summer 2022 sample dress called Brooks that I was satisfied with. I asked the sales representative if they could offer me more discounts, but they said that they couldn't provide any more discounts. However, they did offer me a free veil to use on my wedding day and free alteration services closer to the wedding date. I was very disappointed when I found out in early April that Galia Lahav Shanghai flagship store was shut down and couldn't provide any services for the dress that I purchased. What was even more frustrating was that there were many other consumers who had been cheated like me and had sent emails to Galia's headquarters in Israel seeking an explanation. In their response, headquarters mentioned that they hadn't sent any sample clothes to China for almost two years due to the pandemic. This made me suspect that my dress might be a fake! Galia Lahav did not offer any explanations, and I suggest that people avoid choosing this brand as they have no service and cannot guarantee quality!
