Maria is highly unprofessional when it comes to listening because she prefers to talk over and yell at the customer instead of paying attention to what they want fixed. She lied saying that she IS NOT the OWNER of the business, but I had called her store and someone else answered CONFIRMING that she is the owner. After numerous phone calls,she still yells at the client for her own errors and refuses to acknowledge that she is at fault, especially when you point out that something is wrong. She claims that "I'm very nice to my clients," yet she is acting hypocritically because she is aware of her failure. In this case, she was informed that the invitations were was the wrong size, and each time I contacted her, she acted in a very unprofessional manner. There hasn't been a single occasion when we contact her and the first thing she says is a shouted "si diga me." Without Maria shouting and talking over me while I'm just pointing out her errors, I couldn't progress with her. If Maria wants her clients to be happy and return, she needs to learn how to communicate to them in a POLITE MANNER. Because she printed the invitations larger than 5 by 7 to fit the sleeve for my daughters quince, my spouse requested that they be resized because they were much larger than what we wanted. When we calledMaria back, she claims that she thatthey would fit, which is incorrect given that she is now TWO WEEKS late with the invitation distribution and finishing of the specifics, including fonts, sizing, and other minor adjustments. Now that my daughter's quince is just one month and a half away, this is not a reliable business because she will give you the runaround and act so righteously about what she is doing. This woman acts as if she is possessed by demons, making it impossible to get anywhere with her as far as doing my invitations. I do not recommend her for the reasons unless you want to have a badexperience, which is what saddens me. As soon as I walk into the store, I heard Christian music playing in the background, and that gave me a sense of confidence that they would do a good job.
