Words cannot express how phenomenal the customer service is here. When you call on the phone, each associate is professional and cheerful. You can tell they take pride in representing the brand in Los Angeles. They went above and beyond to find a shoe for me that was in a color about a year past its prime in my size. The color was hard to find. Above and beyond again- they were able to rush my shoes out to me when I arrived for pick up shortly after the store had closed, due to LA traffic and getting off work late, and they did it with a smile, saying it was no problem at all. Wow- hard to find this caliber of service and professionalism in LA. I'm not easily impressed. Love it! Keep up the great work, Bottega Melrose.
