Incredibly weird and difficult booking process. I made an appointment 6 weeks ahead and it was just cancelled because I didnt fill out some sort of questionnaire. Why cant hairdressers go back to the normal ways of booking an appointment and sticking to it? What is it with these long texts and emails about random questionnaires. I expect to make an appointment and just show up. Anyway, just a warning in case you wait a long time thinking your appointment is booked and they just cancel and charge you for not filling out a questionnaire. Im not coming to be quizzed. Im coming to have my hair done.

It's been a year that I have a pleasure of getting my hair styled by Ricky and I have to say, I couldn't be happier with the results! Specialist in Brazilian Blowout!! Not only he is very talented, but he's also extremely patient. He takes the time to understand exactly what you're looking for and makes sure you're completely satisfied with the end result.
