        be care full what you buy from them ,they sold me a defected bathroom sink and they didn't take the responsibility to take it back or exchange ,I called in a few time and I still waiting for Jared ,the only person who seems a little willing to help aren't get back to me, supposedly after talking to the owner .Their prices are not the cheapest and the product they are selling are everywhere with better customer support and business policy.

      Hello Albert,I apologize that you have had this experience with us. On 08/15/2022 you and your family stopped by our showroom interested in a couple of sinks. During the inspection process of our transaction you raised concerns about the quality of the sink. I told you at that point if you were not sure about the sink when you brought it home to keep the box and do not install the sink and I would provide you with a refund and waive any restocking fees. On 08/18/2022 you contacted me stating that you have installed the sink but the drain plate was not sitting correct. I offered to provide you with another drain plate but this was not satisfactory in your opinion. Once the sink is installed we are not able to provide a return or refund. If you would have contacted me prior to installation you would have received a refund in the full amount. We value you as a customer and hope to do more business with you in the future.
