Solid Dive spot, great for dates and kick backs. Theres loud good music and a smoking patio. Its sorta a hole in the wall which is hard to find in LA. Ive gone here a lot and appreciate anyone with a solid happy hour. Theres like food pop ups and goth night ( probably) . The bartenders are good people and always deserve big tips. They work hard behind the bar and the crowd is a good mix. Crusty but not too crusty. Its a legit hang and I think you will like it. Tell you friends to meet you there on a Friday or even a Saturday night and you will have a fun night out. Esp if you grab a pizza next door and make it a whole thing. Ask first but Ive seen people bring in the triple beam pizza from next door. Last time I went for a friends birthday - I was offered a slice of sugar free kale cake- I turned it down because I wasnt in the mood. I sat on the inside of the booth next to Chloe but I kinda got boxed in and ended up staying later than I had imagined. It was fun but I never even got up for a second drink. And then some one broke a glass and I decided it was time.
