Mario from the Attorney group is very rude & unprofessional. I explained to him someone was calling & seeking services pretending to be me & he was very rude & unprofessional. He kept over speaking me & when I asked for his managers information, he said he was the Manager & ONLY person I could speak with. I have decided to take this case up with the State & there should be another person in the office answering phones because he is very unprofessional.

In 2013 I had a child custody case. Due to the nature of my case everything had to be processed and filed quickly. Dave Monks was my attorney. He did not even read the petitioners paperwork and the judge even called him out for it. The other party got everything they asked for because of him being unprepared and I paid over $3000. When I removed him as my lawyer, he gave me a call after court and they tried to make me pay for that call as well. His paralegal Gerald Spencer sent me an invoice for the call and I had to explain I was not paying for it because he was not my attorney at the time and I did not ask him to call me. I cannot tell you enough how badly misrepresented I was and how disappointing it was to work with not only the attorney but the firm as well.
