Wells Fargo Bank

Given that banks already operate on limited hours every minute that they're open is rather precious considering they close at five. This branch often closes 3 to 5 minutes early so you better be sharp otherwise you will miss your 9-5 window.

We came without an appointment and the cashiers where really nice Francisco was the designated one to help us .. really nice agent speaks english and Spanish that really help because my mom doesn't speak English.. we are so happy that we did everything today

Worst customer service ever!! I was in line for 20 minutes with 1 person ahead of me. When it came time to finally help me, I end up paying $5.50 for parking. I went back inside to get the ticket validated and the cashier asked me if I went anywhere else in the building.. Of course I didn't. I spent more than 1/2 hour just trying to deposit. When I received the validated ticket,, it STILL charged me the $5.50. NEVER coming back to this terrible bank.

I have always had good service here. I dont understand why this one closed. I was told to go to the one I Ralphs and that bank has been closed since March 2020. I know because that Ralphs is my regular market/ you can only use the ATM. Very disappointed there is none in walking distance anymore. This branch is located in the same office building as my work. Now I have to figure out when I have time to goto a branch elsewhere and I havent so far. Very disappointed that this branch closed its doors. I cant even use the ATM anymore.
