        POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am moving my business account to major bank because of such a mistreatment I received from them. I went to close my account and to withdraw money, one of the lady complained that I give her too much work and she is so busy. She also shamed me when I forgot to write account number in one of the slips and called me "clumsy" and said " ". She kept treating like I am not important at all until she found out I also have multiple business account with them. At then she asked me with kind voice if I am interested in opening a CD account. Everyone there is so rude and complaining all the time that they are busy and talks down at their customers. I am closing all my accounts with Hanmi Bank and never coming back because of horrible customer service at Fashion District.

        This location is closed on Saturdays! Would be nice if they put a paper on their door showing near by banks that are open on Saturdays.
