All sorts of wrong. Absolute worst banking experience with dreadful customer support at every point of in branch and online. As a long time local I was really excited to support this new local branch, so had opened two separate accounts several weeks apart (a business account and a non profit). Somehow the banker Lilit co-mingled the data and we were horrified to learn that private financial transaction info was being emailed to wrong recipients. Each time Lilit said it was "fixed" I would log in and it wasn't. Numerous efforts (hour long calls with customer support) over a week to remedy all failed. Worst of all, we completely missed our key Giving Tuesday fundraiser due to their "tech issues". Appalling.
