I have been dealing with this bank for over two yrs now about a wire transfer. They have been of no help. They dont even have an email address for the ceo. Horrible service

The representatives here seem more uptight than most other City Nationals I've been to, which can lead to less than pleasant experiences. However, the free valet parking is really convenient for Downtown L.A.

If I could leave a 0 star I would! so disrespectful Ive been on hold for half an hour and they answered and hung up on me then tried calling back just to be on hold even longer with no response from them the least they could of done was answered the first time.
