Imagine working a 9-5 M-F and the most convenient bank to you is only open 10-4 M-F. Im sorry but thats ridiculous if they are that short staffed maybe actually hire people.

I used to love this bank but over the years its gotten to the point I will now refuse to go to this location. They are so understaffed that you cannot walk in for appointments anymore and it seems like they dont want to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer anymore. I arrived right at 3:59pm after driving 25 minutes to get to this location and they were like, sorry were closed. They turned me and 5 other customers away. I understand if employees maybe arent paid enough in this day and age that they wouldnt want to go the extra step to keep customers happy if they come in right before closing. Its just a shame and disappointing that things have come to this point where customers arent first anymore.

Horrible Bank. I went to four Banks trying to wire some money and every one of them is short-staffed what kind of multi-billion-dollar international Bank is this where they don't even have enough employees to cater to their customers.

I was having trouble with my internet connection and this office was quickly able and willing to help me with a transfer I could not have done at the atm.
