Chase Bank

I came to Chase right around opening on a Monday. I was greeted by a friendly staff member in the lobby who inquired about my visit and sent me promptly to a teller where I was the second person in line. My entire experience was efficient, and I had a very positive experience!

I came to deposit money and the cashier said there was no espace in the back for my money , lazy teller!

This chase has the worst waiting time. Lines are always long. Nothing wrong with the service just terribly under staffed. I only go here because it’s the one nearest to me.

This star is simply added to enable the comment. I have never had a problem at any chase branch, but today I experienced the worst customer service. I asked the employee for her name Not to shame her but for her to realize you don’t waste people’s time this way. Diana, unfortunately you were unprofessional. In any situation evaluate what is being asked of you and if it something you can not or may not process, then say so. I am upset at the fact that I had to wait in line for you to help me and then you seemed careless in the process of assisting me. You, FIRST made yourself comfortable (walking away while I stood there to grab a chair for yourself) ,said you’d be able to process my request, and after 10 minutes of me standing there you finally tell me you can not. I don’t mind a No. You would only be doing your job, but maybe next time just say no from the beginning and save us both some time.
