        No cash withdrawals through drive through service after hours. EDIT: I was wrong. The transaction was flagged as fraud, and once that was cleared, they allowed me to withdraw my cash like normal. No other chase in the area serves after hours so this is gold.

        Both after hour card entry sensors are not working. Seems to be their standard, bank on laurel cyn doesn't work either. RIP customer service,

        Part 2 ali come to let me know that there was No one to help us because everyone was in lunch and busy so there no walk in service you need to make appointments if you come in to this bank I was disappointed of this bank if the frist person should toll me about this problem i wouldn't come backto tell meI need to come back later on or make appointment it would be ok but I was there waiting for service for 20 minutes for nothing very said. There no walk in service
