I was very surprised for excellent costumer service and they did help me with exactly what I wanted at comerica bank sunset Blvd branch. I can't say the same about direct express they are rude, in educated, ignorant, disrespectful they have never helped me the way a bank helps costumers they never reimbursed me $200 and the have authorize a payment of $19,99 four times that I did NOT authorize neither do I know who they are paying this money to and they do not put that non authorized by me payment back in my account SIMPLY THIEVES

2 awful experiences at Comerica Bank working with Alenoush Aivazian, VP of Business Development Banking Center Manager. Comerica put a hold on my funds for 10 days. They confirmed they received my funds after 2 days. The person who wrote the check and the bank it was written on confirmed Comerica was paid. Comerica chose to arbitrarily hold my funds to mitigate "risk". I dealt with Alenoush Aivazian, the VP of Business Development at Comerica's W. Sunset Blvd branch in LA. Worse, Alenoush gave me temporary checks that she herself wrote but when I gave them to people even Comerica Bank refused to honor the checks. Comerica will hold onto your money as long as they can without giving you access to it. Very bad experience.
