Very friendly. The male associate sold me my products and I left satisfied. Unfortunately, despite reading specs for my make and model, it turned out the windshield wiper was too long. I came back the following weekend to make the exchange. The sales agent wasn't in. But the young woman who took my call last week was on shift. She went to my my car with me and measured the true fit. This lovely young woman, so well raised, so professional and knowledgeable replaced the both wipers for me. I tipped her despite her objections. I am an elderly woman and that is how we reward good, beyond the expectation customer service. Although this location is far, far from my home address, this will be my O'REILLY'S from now on.

Old school style, has been a parts store for ages at this location. They still have certification classes here for AC and other automotive things.

Moises is the absolute worst, he didnt want to price match to local competitor, he took 25 minutes to go look for a part and came back saying it wasnt there, asked if I wanted him to look again when I got helped by someone else he made it complicated to get manager approval, apparently this clown is a manager, been shopping here for years but as of late service is declining.
