The worst !!! Worst costumer service!! Paid my policy late because no one answers the phone and their online services are worst!! You call this place so they can take your payment and all they do is transfer you to costumer service that NEVER answer!!!

Worst insurance company.... I've never been one to complain but the payment process is fraud.. I mean faulty. I've made them aware every time I have to call to make a payment over the phone. Because of this they charge me extra for a processing & late fee and don't bother to wave it because their systems are broken. Not only that, the handful of people I've spoken to are just so plan rude. No professional etiquette. I would never recommend and I can't wait for my policy term to end in a month. You get what you pay for, in this case crap customer service and cheap half working website.

Pos company. Called Adriana's insurance and not sure why this company is sending me mail. They open up a policy and request paperwork or other things after you open a policy. Cant access what they need so now I'm out out what I paid to open the policy .
