        Called to ask about repairing the hood latch. The guy who answered called me honey. When we showed up he lied and said a curved part on the car was actually bent/broken (when it's supposed to be like that - I looked up pictures of my model to double check). He also tried to tell me I'd have to replace the entire front of my car. I don't actually know what their service is like since this guy was so rude to me I left before I could find out, but I will never recommend this place or try coming here again.
