I can't overstate how impressed I am with their service. I had an accident with my 2023 M5. They were able to get a hold of hard to find parts in no time. I got at least one weekly update from Vanessa and Jack on the repair status. And they finished the work in just 2 weeks. The car looks brand new! This was my first accident in 25 years, and hopefully it doesn't happen again, but if it does, I'm going back to AW...Bimmer or not.

Brought my car in for an estimate they ended up doing a tear down thinking the damage would cost somewhere near 10-15k came back with a 22k figure for a dent in the rear quarter and door. There was some damage to the frame too. What was really terrible is the body shop failed to inform me that the insurance wouldnt be covering it. So they let it sit on their lot after they knew the car wouldnt be receiving repairs and charged me storage. After that I had a tow truck come pick up the car in pieces. As they could not even do the basic courtesy of putting back together what they could. They left several parts including the rear windshield glass and the rear quarter glass out of returning the car to me. So they lost parts off my car and didnt return them to me and I only figured this out recently.

I had an issue with my BMW 3 series in which the trunk mechanism was broken  and would not open. I went to multiple body shops around Beverly Hills, including the BMW dealership, who were all unhelpful and asked for ridiculous prices to even take a look at the car. At AW, Jack and Walter immediately offered to take a look and see if they could offer any insight. Before I knew it, they were able to take out the back seats in order to access the trunk. Within 20 minutes, they had successfully removed the seats and reached the manual switch to open the trunk. I was pretty desperate throughout the day, but luckily Jack and Walter were able to help me, seeing that the issue wasn't too difficult. Overall, the experience at AW Collision was outstanding and I would recommend anyone with important car repairs or maintenance issues to give this shop a try. I would absolutely go back!
