Great shop did work on my driver side fender and got a new side mirror from a hit-and-run that I was in and even gave me a discount price since I was paying cash myself out of pocket. Receptionist Dana is great and the guys there do professional work. Got my car and it look like nothing ever happened even buffed the whole car and detailed. Thanks Automed you rock!!! would highly recommend to anybody.

I brought in my 2018 Honda Clarity 5 months ago because someone banged on my quater panel in the rain. They offered me 350 to repaint and fix the creases. I thought it was too cheap to be true, it turned out I wasn't happy and they tried to fix it a couple of times which I appreciated their attempt. I had to find another bodyshop to get the paint job done which cost me 1000. Months later, I discovered that Automed probably worked on my trunk without informing me. I discovered all the masking tape marks and minor paint damage, also clear coat spillage and overspraying on my spoiler and I had to replace it and have it installed which cost me 600 bucks(buying the part and have it installed)What cost me 350 ended up costing me thousands of dollars somewhere else. Of course, now they denied that they worked on other parts of the car. I discovered them months later. I can only assume they messed it up somehow and they cheaply masked other panels thinking I wouldn't notice which i obviou did months later. I went through so much for this simple repair. You got what you pay for. I personally believe I deserve partial refund for what I had to go through, at least the cost of the paint job of 350. They initially tried to save me money which I appreciate, but I don't appreciate they did cheap work without letting me know, that is dishonest and disappointing. Service: Body & Trim
