There's a million auto body shops in LA, but Ronald's is by far the best! I took my car in after someone rear-ended me while I was at a full stop -- something that you definitely don't want to happen to you when you're a few weeks out from your wedding... From the get-go, Stephanie at the front desk was so kind, personable, extremely knowledgable, and efficient. She made me feel calm -- my car was in good hands. The staff so kindly squeezed me in a little earlier despite them being super busy and they made the whole process painless. As for the quality of work, I can honestly say my car looks better now than the day it was even leased to me! When I went to pick up my car and I asked about a previous scratch in my side door unrelated to the accident, Armond so kindly came out with a little touch up paint (free of charge) to help me out -- something he definitely did not have to do. Overall, the staff and the work is amazing and I really appreciate how they went above and beyond! Service: Body & Trim
