They guided us every step of the way and provided good reassurance about the status of our case. Throughout the whole process working on our case, they were extremely attentive and responsive. Whenever we had questions, Jeannie and Nana were always there for us via phone call, text and email. You will typically receive a response immediately. It helps to have a Korean American attorney who speaks my wife's primary language. Additionally, their doors are always wide open for us to meet them in their offices in Los Angeles.
