We hired Eshed Architect for our ground up ADU and it was a great experience. It was not that simple of a project and there are considerable structural considerations, as well as architectural design and Dani was excellent at all angles.He also worked with us on the design of the project. He also was a very astute with permitting which is a vital part of the building process and not every architect understands it or how to work with the city.We were able to do much of the planning over zoom and it was a relaxed environment to work in. Dani is very welcoming and on the video meetings was very good at communicating.Highly recommend!

Working with Dani on one of our ADU projects was an extremely pleasant experience.
Dani provided us with very clear drawings that utilized the space very well and presented a great layout.
Throughout the permitting process he was always on top of the city and pushed hard to get my plans approved. Over all a pleasure to work with!
