Robert and his team saved the day for my business. I had contracted with another firm who was not on top of the schedule nor moving things forward with the city. I met Robert and walked our space, and he said he could get the job done. We agreed on a price that was in my budget and Robert got down to business quickly. Robert personally oversaw all aspects of the job, from architecting and engineering, city permits, construction and finishing touches. Robert brought in quality team members and made sure the work was done well. He has a keen eye for quality, and he is able to recommend where one can save a little and where to invest for best impact. It's obvious from our many interactions that he cares a lot about the project, doing a great job, his team, and about us as people. We were able to overcome issues as they came up, and we were able to move into our space and open business on time, thanks mostly to Robert and his team and the dedication they showed. I highly recommend working with him.
