Laurent is amazing, a professional and a true artist. He restored several pieces for me and I honestly was blown away by his work, as I did not think it could be done (some wood on one piece and a handle on the other were entirely missing) and then after he was done I could not tell what was the restoration, it was that good. He is also an incredibly nice person and very easy to deal with. I have had other pieces restored in the past before I found Laurent and wish I had had him do them as the difference is obvious, he is the real deal and I cannot sing his praises high enough. He is also incredibly knowledgeable about objects and I would not hesitate to ask him to do an appraisal as he knows antiques inside and out (literally).

I had several pieces that badly needed restoration: (1) an 18th Century bracket clock; (1) a Salem card table from the 1790s; (3) a Philadelphia Sheraton dropleaf table; and (4) a Georgian bowfront chest. Laurent did a remarkable job and they came out looking beautifully refreshed. He used materials (finishes mostly but also a little bit of new wood) that made the restoration nearly undetectable I was delighted.
