I loved this apartment complex ! It’s so beautiful and clean! People there seems really respectful and friendly. I also love that it is smaller than others because it makes it easier to get to places fast and efficiently! Mark was absolutely amazing, he was very energetic and made my tour so fun. If you book a tour definitely try your best to get him !!

Bit unorganized… Booked for a certain time to view the apartment with one of the team members. Got a called from Mark within 10 mins of the appointment. Told me they double booked. And if I wasn’t going to get there in 5-10 mins, he wasn’t going to take me. Yikes, taking my business elsewhere.

I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to live in/near downtown. I lived here from 2020-2021 and could not have asked for a better place. Pros: 1. The staff: Mark, Edita and Bill are the absolute best. Mark helped me with virtual tours of the apartment and found me a perfect apartment here. Throughout my stay, the staff were super helpful with any issues/maintenance requests. 10/10 for staff! 2. Location: It's super close to both 101 and 110 ramps and most places on north side of downtown is at a Walkable distance. Parking downtown is a nightmare, but living here you get a parking garage and can walk to most places downtown. 3. Apartments are super clean, spacious and get LOTS of sunlight. The skydeck has amazing views of downtown. Couldn't ask for more. Cons: Only con was that construction was going on behind the apartment complex (nothing management could control, someone is building another complex o the other side of the street), so there was noise on weekdays earlier in the year, but it's wrapping up now, so it should be good in 2022. If I wasn't moving out of town, I'd definitely stay here again. I love this place!
