La Belle at Hollywood Tower Apartments

I've had a few encounters with David from the leasing office and they haven't been very pleasent. Everyone else in this building is super nice. The building is clean with nice amenities.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The place is right next to a homeless encampment, and the homeless sometimes wander into the courtyard. Always some malfunction with something and to top it off kept $750 of my security deposit for painting and cleaning an apartment I was rarely even in due to covid.

The apartments themselves are nice although there are two balconies, neither one is wide enough to put any type of chair to sit on outside of them. Though that isnt a complaint...just an observation. The complaint I have comes in their resistance to protect their tenants. There are two levels of parking in the underground garage, but zero security and to make matters worse, if something were to happen in the parking garage, there is no cell signal to call for help. This exact situation occurred recently and my daughter and her roommate were lucky to escape physically unharmed...this time. This isnt to say the emotional damage that she is currently in therapy for is any less harmful and will likely leave scars less visible. When they asked to have their parking spaces reassigned to any other location where they at least have the ability to dial 911 if in danger, they received an email response letting them know their request was denied. I believe the legality of premises liability is certainly a factor in the managements list of responsibilities and expectations, though I dont see that being a particular concern for this company. For the amount they charge for rent, Id expect some form of security be put in place.

Wayyyyyy overpriced. This place is 15 feet from a more than a 20 tent homeless encapment with trash everywhere!
