I toured a 1 bedroom about 2 weeks ago with Amber. She was great and so helpful! I have decided to rent at a more affordable property but I do feel as though her wonderful service should be recognized. Thank you so much Amber, keep up the great work !

The 5 stars all go to Amber!! She was amazing from the second I walked in that door. She was very tentative with everything, immediately offering a tour around the whole complex, explaining every area. Taking care of any issues that popped up as she went, taking pictures and calling maintenance to get on it. She went out of her way to answer any questions, or concerns that were brought up. She had the perfect personality and drive to be the face of any apartment complex. I went another route because of the location and distance for my commute. However if you are interested I recommend walking in and asking for Amber, she will make the experience of looking for a place easy and exciting! :)

DO NOT MOVE Here. I hope you like used needles and urine in your building. If you like constant construction, a fire alarm that goes off at least once a month for hours at a time this is the place for you. Parking is a disaster and don't expect to pay the rent they tell you. Hidden fees and poor insulation to run up your electricity bill is common here. The only positive of the apartments is that you don't have to use awful Spectrum internet.

Weve only been in LA for a few months we toured a few complexes and decided to go with this one. You wanna know why? One name AMBER she is literally the most lively, fun, sweet and PATIENT leasing agent weve EVER had. We noticed that a lot of these complexes seem to have very stuffy people that work for them but not Amber. She has been absolutely amazing during this entire process.this has been an extremely difficult adjustment for us and she made this process so easy for us and we could not thank her more we move in on the 1st and Im so excited to call this place home for my time here in California. (:

I have lived here for over 2 years. It sucks to see that a lot of people have had a bad experience, I for one have been very greatful to this complex. If I do happen to see anything unsettling it tends to be tenants causing the issue and it's not permanent (example: Trash near doors, filled chutes, dirty elevators, homeless breaking in). Personally the only problem I have is the BBQ's not really being kept but I did some research into it and the manufacturer refuses to help anyone who has purchased them so they can't do much about it. Maintenance requests usually only take 24 hours at the latest, sometimes they'll do same day which is really quick considering the other complexes I've lived at that take around 2 days to complete. They have a cleaning procedure most mornings that I will happen to sleep through and occasionally experience if I'm up early. My experience with management has been good, as long as you communicate there shouldn't be an issue and they have been very lenient during the pandemic. Thank you Ashly! (General Manager). As for moving in, it was also during the pandemic. They offered my family a virtual tour and the rest was history. I recognize that living in L.A won't always be quiet to live in because realistically I'm in the city yet I'm surprised to see that it can get pretty quiet at night. Any other problems I experience are just part of environment and politics, but being here has made things easy. I hope the same for future tenants.
