    Beware!!!. This is a scam!! They took $3320.00 from me stating I didn't complete the verification process when I tried 15xs and called I called to tell them it wasn't working. No one ever answered the phone, returned emails or texts. When I tried to get my $ back. They said there business was in GREECE!! I had to dispute the amount with my bank.

    They are so shady! They don't even let see their apartments before renting it for a long term. They try to compete with Airbnb but they are so shady! My boyfriend stayed in one of their apartments and it wasn't as nice as their photoshopped pictures! The apartment had leaks and a really nasty smell. Beware of any company that doesn't let you see the place before you rent it!!!!

    After an initial good experience in a previous unit, I moved into a second one and will never use Blueground again. I would also strongly suggest others steer clear of it. When I moved into my unit, the apartment was in horrible condition--mold in both AC units which has caused health issues, heavily stained couches & chairs, heavily stained headboards in both bedrooms, dresser that didn't open, alarms going off in smoke detectors, dirty pillows, and more. While the sales & operations folks have been good, I've dealt with multiple managers in CX and my conclusion is that the team is horrible and borderline incompetent. Many hours wasted and 4 months later issues still are unresolved. Whoever is managing the CX should be let go because they're slacking big time. @AlexChatzieleftheriou and team, your CX team is a major weak link...

    The apartment was not ready to move in. Multiple things are broken. Lights in the living room and bathroom can not be turned on. The towel hanger in the bathroom fell off. Theres no hair dryer even though the website claims so. I can clearly hear road noise even though the window is claimed to be double paned. Support is unresponsive when I described those issues. Ive waited for a whole day. They ended up refusing to move me to another unit, and I have to wait a week or so for all those things to be fixed.

    Terrible experience in Arlington, Va. The apt smelled like sewage when we moved in. They never took care of the problem. In cold December weather I had to leave windows open 24/7. After a week the smell dissipated, but the apt never smelled clean.
