        Living 2 blocks from Skid row. Those fireworks you hear are gunshots. Cannot safely walk around the area, and after dark bring your own gun. Sketchy people always around. Beware the parking garages where people sleep. Good luck!!!!

      • Z J

        35% rent increase is wild for an apartment that continuously has issues. Neighbor had bed bugs and they didnt treat them until they could pay for the treatment. This meant this issue couldve spread to us in the 1-2 months they sat doing nothing about the issue. Additionally, there was a guy with a machete who broke into an apartment downstairs. The fire alarms are always going off and amenities are always not working. Expect the hot tub to be closed half of the warm season. Also, they swapped to appointment only for the office. This means you wait days to even get ahold of them for simple questions or concerns. This apartment is a complete rip off and youll be better anywhere else. For over $5000 in rent youd expect a very quality place to live and this just isnt it.
