eaves Los Feliz

While living here was not a terrible experience. The move out process has gone terribly. I gave myself a month to clean out the apartment and make sure it was as clean as we had gotten it but now Im getting charged more than what my security deposit could cover? For painting that definitely didnt need to be that much $$$ for a few marks (if any that were left). A cleaning fee??? When I swept, mopped, wiped down all the surfaces everywhere. Also a miscellaneous fee? We had our walkthrough before we moved out and were told that we were in good condition and should get our security deposit with how clean we were about moving out, but now we are getting charged extra? Tried reaching out to the leasing office but got sent to the headquarters and all they offered was an itemized bill. Also we got the email saying we owed money in a timely manner but with no itemized bill for what the money was for. Our rent was really high for us to continue to paying money for this apartment that we dont live in anymore.

Took sometime to write this review been here for 2 weeks and Im loving eaves Los Feliz. The process to get approved was so fast and amazing. I was looking for apartments for weeks and was not satisfied with other apartments so Im glad I stumbled on this community. Place is quiet and respectful. Most importantly Morgan and everyone at the leasing office made the process so easy and made me felt very welcomed. 5 stars to them.

My girlfriend and myself have been looking for an apartment for months and it was a struggle. Most places we talked to were either unresponsive or not resourceful. But not at Eaves Los Feliz! Morgan in the leasing office was professional and informative. She made the process easy and efficient. Not only is the building in good condition but I can rest easy knowing there is always someone I can reach out to when addressing issues or general questions. Jamie also was super helpful and very friendly. Overall I know I can trust the staff over at Eaves Los Feliz. They were welcoming and Im happy to call it home.

The maintenance team here is spectacular, especially Allan! Despite being the only person on the team today, he made sure to stop by and fix our sink, which had been blocked and was flooding. He was very polite, clean, communicative, and overall I had a great experience with Allan.
