The Mansfield at Miracle Mile

The property is beautiful, and our loft unit is especially spacious and gorgeous. Amenities are all modern and clean, and the staff is excellent. The biggest downside to living here is the noise-- you can easily hear your neighbors' music and TV through the walls. Additionally, we've had quite a bit of management turnover over the past couple years, which is actually why I'm writing this review now: Tamakia is an incredible property manager. Regardless if it's day-to-day communications or helping me resolve noise complaints during quiet hours, she's gone above and beyond in helping make this a great place to live. As long as she's managing this property, I'd definitely recommend living here!

The building is gorgeous and has a ton of amenities. I love the door system they use as it's very useful for giving access to friends or delivery. The unit is quite large and spacious and just what I was looking for (large living area w/ small bedroom). This is actually kinda hard to find these days it seems. The leasing staff were very friendly, responded very quickly to my inquiries, and were very informative of the leasing offers they had available. Thanks Nicole for the quick and easy process! :D

Giving this property 5 stars easily!! The layout of this apartment is amazing. This place is kept clean, has great views of the city. I love the pool and jacuzzi area and the fitness center is very useful. The crew is always friendly and very helpful. I was greeted as soon as I stepped into the office. Tamakia was so helpful from the start, all the way through my touring process and leasing journey. She was outstanding!! I was given a very detailed tour of the facility and a room by Nicole, who was super knowledgable. While on tour, she introduced me to the maintenance guy Marquis. I asked him a couple of questions in regards to concerns in past reviews. He was very courteous in answering any question I had for him. I highly recommend The Mansfield to anyone!

Terrible management, terrible building. 6 leasing managers in 6 months. No hot water for over a month, and they offer a $500 credit only if we renew 16 months from now. Otherwise we get nothing to compensate us for our time and effort having to find showers elsewhere, even though the unit is legally uninhabitable. Robert Korda does not care!Every time it rains the fire alarm goes off multiple times all day long and it's extremely loud. It never gets fixed properly. Every weekend the fire alarm goes off too, and there's nobody on site. BBQs have been broken for a year. Many other things also broken and simply don't get fixed. AC barely functional and very loud. Pipes make banging noise every hour. Constant construction in the building which is audible inside the apartment and scares my pets and all around the building as well which causes tons of dust and a mess.
